SHOCKING: OVER 1,300 KADUNA TEACHERS FAIL PRIMARY SCHOOL TEST!!!

During an education summit, Commissioner for Education Alhaji Usman Mohammed revealed that approximately 1,300 teachers in Kaduna, Nigeriahave failed tests that were designed for primary four pupils.
The Commissioner stated, A total of 1,599 teachers selected from acrossthe state were given primary four tests in mathematics and basic literacy. Only one of themscored 75%, 250 scored between 50-75%, and over 1,300 scored below 25%.
The same test was performed on 1,800 primary school students, who failed in even higher numbers thantheir teachers. Mohammed continuedto explain the large failing rate, stating, We are not surprised about the performance of the pupilsbecause how can they know it when their teachers dont know it.
The Chairman of Kadunas House Committee on Education, Yunusa Mohammad, estimated that, out of the 36,000 teachers in the state, 15,000 are unqualified.
Fingers are being pointed in every direction. One theory, by the Commissioner, suggests that the provincial nature the hiring of teachers encourages underhanded dealings and political patronage in employment. This leads to poor instructors.
Kaduna State Governor Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero issued a stern mandate, saying, The teachers are yours; you employed them and promote them when necessary. So, they are yours. I urge you, the local government chairmen, to look critically at the workforce and try to eliminate those that are not qualified. If youallow the situation to continue like this, the sector will collapse.

NYSC CAMP RELATIONSHIP ADVICE FOR THE SINGLE AND READY TO MINGLE CORPERS!!!

This happens at every camp. Suddenly all the guys and ladies are all single and ready to mingle.Married women remove their ringsespecially the oneswho are still looking young and attractive. Some purposely break up with their partners because they are coming to camp thinking they would find their one true love. SMH. People have that dumb belief that camp is a place to get your groove on. Personally, to be sincere I had that thought till I got there and realized its not just worth it. The saying that what happens in camp stays in camp is true.
All those guys and babes that act as your camp boyfriend and babe for thethree weeks after camp is most times short-lived as things will definitely separate you like , you might not be posted to the same local government, some may redeploy and some after camp theyresume their relationshipsthat was on hold for the said fun
So ladies this advice goes for you, dont be over carried away by any guy who promises you continual of you camp love afterward because then you would really be sitting on a long thing. lol.
Dont get carried away by the freedom, be cautious, People do crazy thingsat camp under the guise that they are anonymous and will remain so forever. But thats not true.
Chances are, people at camp will remember you for the rest of camp and also when they see you outside the camp bubble. Mammy market is always where stuff goesdown. But watch what you do because relationships dont usually go on past camp, but reputations definitely do.
There are definetly camp magas , guys who spend money like craze while the ladies enjoyed the luxury of free food, exotic wines, gifts.
In summary be wise.

UNIABUJA STUDENTS TO BE MOVED TO OTHER UNIVERSITIES TO COMPLETE DEGREE!!!

Engineering students of the University of Abuja(UNIABUJA) who have been protesting for several months over non-accreditation of their programme would be relocated to other universities to complete theirstudies within the next few months.
Already, the National Universities Commission (NUC) has met with prospective universities that could re-absorb these Engineering students who have refused to let other students of the university write their examinations, insisting their faculty must gain accreditation first.
But federal government said yesterday it wanted to meet with the parents and affected students for their stamp of approval on the decision.
Minister of education Professor Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufai while meeting with a delegation of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) led by the President Yinka Gbadebo said the university could secure accreditation for the programme inthe next few months but the theproblem is the students who are in the university now.
We are looking at the possibility ifwe cannot absorb them in the system because they have reached certain level of their academic career, we are looking at the possibility of taking them to our various universities so they can graduate safely and we can put a stop to this problem, he said
